Shepherd’s Office helps homeless people or people who have been struggling in Georgetown! Jim Martin is the Director of Shepherd’s Office and helps people who have recently been incarcerated and need support in getting a fresh start in life. He provides meals to over 150 people each day and has clothing and other items available to those who need it. In addition, he guides them for employment opportunities and counseling.
They are always looking for people who like to cook and can bring meals to the homeless. If you like to bake or make crock pot meals they would greatly appreciate you contacting them to set up a time to drop off food. They also need clothing and most anything you are thinking about selling or giving away. Many people need the basics to get their life back on track. They are located at 408 N Bedford Street in Georgetown. After the difficult year we have all experienced, please consider reaching out to people who have so little.
